CALCIUM SILICATE
We manufacture different grades and forms tailored to meet specific requirements of calcium silicate. These grades vary in terms of density, strength, temperature resistance, and intended applications.
Details
Here are some common grades of calcium silicate:
Low-Density Calcium Silicate
Density: 200 – 400 kg/m³.
Applications: Thermal insulation such as pipe and equipment insulation in industrial processes, as well as fire protection.
Medium-Density Calcium Silicate
Density: 400 to 700 kg/m³.
Applications: Insulation for industrial equipment, steam and process pipelines, and in fire-rated building materials.
High-Density Calcium Silicate
Density:700 kg/m³.
Applications: Production of refractory materials, fire-resistant boards, and as a heat shield in industrial processes.
High-Purity Calcium Silicate
Our high-purity calcium silicate is designed for applications where strict quality and purity standards are required. They are used in the production of cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and specialty ceramics.
Customized and Specialty Grades
We also manufacture customized and specialty grades of calcium silicate to meet specific customer requirements. These grades are tailored for unique applications, such as in the aerospace industry or for specific temperature ranges.
